Originally a municipal asphalt plant, this children's fitness center was renovated from top to bottom:   replacing systems and finishes, creating additional program space within the footprint of the original landmark building and clarifying circulation and orientation.

Interior spaces were designed with transparency and openness to improve access to daylight and connections to the outdoors.
