UTCS describe themselves as an “experiential, whole-child preschool”  located in the University District.

For this project—within the landmarked University Heights Center—new plumbing facilities, acoustical upgrades and ceiling fans were carefully inserted into 4 historic classrooms, and finishes updated to respect the existing context.
